Ingredients:
3 c (390g) all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cloves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 c unsalted butter, room temperature
3 c (621g) sugar
3 large Eggs
2 3/4 c (638g) pumpkin puree (about 1 1/2 cans)
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
Step 3: Add flour, baking powder, spices, and baking soda in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the butter and sugar into a large mixing bowl. Beat until well mixed.
Step 5: Add eggs gradually and beat every addition.
Step 6: Add the pumpkin puree and beat until well blended.
Step 7: Transfer the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and beat until just mixed.
Step 8: Fill each prepared loaf pan with the batter and spread it evenly.
Step 9: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature for at least 10 minutes.
Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
