Ingredients:

2 cups flour

1 tablespoon + 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 1/2 cups sour cream

1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

4 tablespoons soft butter

Directions:

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Add a spoonful of sour cream over.

Add oil and stir everything until well mixed.

Use your hands to mix everything further.

Sprinkle flour on a flat surface and put the dough on it. Knead for about 8 times.

Slice the dough into 6 cuts with a biscuit cutter.
