REESE CUP CUPCAKES

These heavenly cupcakes are super legit! A big thanks to my best friend, Sophia, for this incredible recipe! These cupcakes are the perfect balance of sweetness. Ingredients:

1 box of your favourite chocolate cake mix

1-8 ounces box cream cheese, softened

1 stick butter, softened

1 cup peanut butter

1-16 ounces bag(s) powder sugar (may need a little more than that)

4 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

As needed Reese’s cups for top decoration

Directions:

Step 1: Refer to the directions provided on the package of the chocolate cupcakes on how to mix them.

Step 2: Place it inside the freezer to chill.

To Make the Peanut Butter Frosting:

Step 1: Add the cream cheese and butter into the bowl of a mixer. Beat until creamy, then add the peanut butter. Beat until well mixed.

Step 2: Add the powdered sugar gradually and beat until well blended.

Step 3: Form a small ball shape from the mixture and use your hands to roll and flatten it out.

Step 4: Place the flattened ball over the cupcake. Repeat the process to the rest of the ingredients.

Step 5: Place them inside the freezer for a couple of minutes.

Step 6: Melt the chocolate.

Step 7: Dip each cupcake into the melted chocolate.

Step 8: Decorate each cupcake with sprinkles and Reese’s cups.

Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
