Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna

The Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna is a decadent, flavor-packed dish that blends the smoky richness of bacon, the tang of ranch dressing, and the hearty satisfaction of cheeseburger-inspired layers.

Ingredients

12 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 lb ground beef
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 cups marinara sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a skillet, brown ground beef with garlic. Drain excess fat and mix in marinara sauce.
Combine ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon in a bowl.
In a baking dish, layer noodles, beef mixture, bacon ranch sauce, and mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with mozzarella on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Ingredient Substitutions:

Ground turkey or chicken can replace ground beef for a lighter option.

Use gluten-free lasagna noodles or dairy-free cheeses to accommodate dietary needs.

For vegetarians, substitute the meat with plant-based crumbles or mushrooms and opt for vegan bacon.

Cooking Tips:

  • For crispy bacon, cook it on a wire rack over a baking sheet in the oven.
  • Pre-cooking the lasagna noodles slightly under al dente prevents overcooking during baking.
  • Let the lasagna rest for 5 minutes after baking for cleaner slices.

Serving Suggestions:

Pair with garlic bread or a fresh salad to balance the richness of the dish.

Garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of Parmesan for extra flavor and visual appeal.
