Ingredients:
1 cup pitted dates (softened in warm water if needed)
½ cup almonds (or any nuts of choice)
½ cup walnuts (or cashews)
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds (for extra fiber & omega-3s)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
A pinch of sea salt
Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips (for extra indulgence)
Instructions:
Blend nuts in a food processor until finely chopped.
