Hello there, friends! I hope you are doing great this fine day! This recipe I am sharing with you today is a must-try! I got this from a friend a couple of years ago. These Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots are so good that you would want to eat the whole thing! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I always serve these carrots as a side dish. I love serving them with fried chicken or fried pork chop. Try it and thank me later! Have a great one, friends, and don’t forget to share this recipe with your loved ones as well. I am sure that they are going to love it as much as we do. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 c butter
2 tablespoons honey
4 garlic cloves minced
2 lbs. carrots cut into 3-inch pieces
Fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
Place an oven-safe skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and allow it to melt.
Add garlic and honey, then stir until well blended.
Add the carrots and toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
Remove the skillet from the stove.
Transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven and bake the carrots for about 25 minutes or until done.
Broil for four more minutes or until they caramelize.
Remove from the oven and allow the carrots to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top garnish.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to use a baking dish for this recipe instead of a skillet when baking.
