HAM & CHEESE EGG CUPS

Do you want to have the best breakfast ever? Well, you have got to give this recipe a try! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! This is the best hangover food as well. Last week, my sister went home around 4 in the morning after having a party at a friend’s house. She woke up with a massive hangover and me, being the good sibling, cooked this for her. She was so happy with it that it cured her hangover. It’s not only delicious food but also a cure. Anyway, feel free to add more ingredients if you wish. Ingredients:

Cooking spray, for pan

12 slices ham

100 g grated cheddar

12 large Eggs

Salt

Freshly ground black pepper

Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 12-cup muffin tin.

Step 3: Fill each hole of the prepared muffin tin with a slice of ham and sprinkle a generous amount of cheese on top.

Step 4: Crack 1 egg on over each ham and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5: Place the muffin tin inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 to 15 minutes or until the eggs are done to your preference.

Step 6: Remove from the oven and sprinkle parsley on top.

Step 7: Serve warm. Enjoy!
