What a very refreshing salad! I don’t know about you but I love green peas so much. I wanted to make a salad with green peas in it that is why I browsed the internet for recipes. I am so glad that I found this specific recipe. It is perfect to eat with fresh lettuce. Oh man, give it a try and taste perfection! The flavors play in your mouth. You will never get tired of this salad because it is light to eat. I can eat this all day to tell you honestly. Be very generous with the cheese and bell peppers. They make this salad very delicious. By the way, I only use fresh ingredients. They taste way better compared to frozen ones. When it comes to salad, it is always good to use fresh ingredients. That is my number 1 rule and I advise you to follow it as well. Try adding your preferred ingredients though. If you do not like bell pepper, try adding cucumber instead. It would taste as awesome as the original recipe. You can also add crushed crispy bacon. It will make this salad super delicious. I hope you all love this recipe. Enjoy!
