Crescent rolls are not only for being passed around in the bread basket during dinner. They can also be used as a shortcut to many delicious recipes. There are many ways you can use them. Today, however, we will be talking about French Dip Crescents. For a quick and easy dip, they take store-bought crescent dough. They pair it with one the most delicious sandwiches. These are great for a quick snack, appetizer, or dinner.

INGREDIENTS
2 (8 oz) packages refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 tablespoons creamy horseradish
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 lb roast beef, thinly sliced
16 slices provolone cheese
1 packet au jus gravy mix
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Unroll crescent dough into triangles and arrange on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, stir together horseradish and mayonnaise until well combined. Spread over crescent rolls.
On the wider end of each crescent roll, place a piece of roast beef and a slice of cheese. Roll up crescent roll, going from the wide end to the smaller end.
Bake until golden brown, 13-15 minutes.
While rolls bake, prepare the au jus according to package directions.
Dip rolls in au jus and enjoy!
