EASY NO-KNEAD BREAD (DUTCH OVEN BREAD)

You don’t have to knead the dough to make the best bread! With this recipe, you will have a new favorite. All you need are 4 ingredients, an oven, and a baking dish, and you are good to go! This loaf serves 10 people. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 ½ teaspoons sea salt

1 ½ c warm water 105 degrees F

3 c all-purpose flour

2 teaspoons active dry yeast

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, add salt, flour, and yeast. Whisk until well blended.

Add water, then whisk again until a ball of dough is formed.

Apply cooking spray to a plastic wrap, then cover the dough with it. Cover it with a damp towel again. Allow the dough to rise at room temperature for 18 to 24 hours.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 225 degrees C or 450 degrees F.

Put a 2.4-litre baking dish inside the oven while it’s preheating.

Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface, then place the dough on it.

Shape the dough into a ball. Add more flour if necessary. Cover with a towel again.

Remove the baking dish from the oven, then apply the cooking spray in inside.

Place the dough in the baking dish and press it to the bottom and sides.

Cover the baking dish, then put it back inside the oven. Bake the dough for about 30 minutes.

Remove the cover, then bake for another 15 minutes or until it turns golden brown.

Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!
