Ingredients:
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups of peanut butter chips
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
16 oz salted peanuts
16 oz unsalted peanuts
Christmas-themed sprinkles or nonpareils (optional for topping)
Instructions:
Layer Ingredients: In a crockpot, layer the peanuts at the bottom. Then add the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, white chocolate chips, and butterscotch chips on top.
Cook on Low: Set the crockpot on low and cook for about 1 hour. Check occasionally to avoid burning the chocolate.
Stir Together: After 1 hour, stir the mixture until it’s well-combined and the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Scoop into Cups: Use a spoon to scoop the mixture into small cupcake liners (holiday-themed ones, if available).
Add Sprinkles: Immediately sprinkle Christmas-themed sprinkles or nonpareils on top of each cup.
Let Set: Allow the cups to cool and harden. You can place them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
Serve & Enjoy: Once set, your Crockpot Christmas Crack is ready to enjoy!
