CROCK POT BEEF STEW

The best comfort anyone could ever have is this Crock Pot Beef Stew! I am so excited to share this recipe with you today! I am certain that you and your loved ones are going to love it. Ingredients:

5 medium potatoes peeled and diced

2 to 3 c baby carrots

2 cans (10 oz. each) cream of celery soup

2 lbs. lean beef stew meat cut up into bite-size pieces

2 packages (1 ounce, each) dry onion soup mix

1 c ketchup *(you can substitute tomato sauce if you don’t like ketchup)

1/2 tsp paprika

1 small yellow onion chopped

Directions:

Add paprika and the dry onion soup mix inside a large resealable bag. Shake the bag until well blended.

Add the meat, then shake the bag again until well coated by the seasonings.

Apply cooking spray in a 7-quart crockpot.

Lay the meat into the prepared crockpot.

Add the onion, carrots, and potato slices over the meat.

In a mixing bowl, add ketchup and cream of celery soup. Stir until well blended.

Add the mixture on top of the veggies and meat.

Cover the pot, then cook everything for about 8 hours on a low setting.

Remove the lid, then stir everything until well blended.

Serve right away and enjoy!
