Ingredients:
1 ½ c creamy peanut butter
½ tsp kosher salt
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 ¼ c unsalted butter
Directions:
Use a fine-mesh strainer to sift the sugar, then put it into a large bowl.
Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Add butter and peanut butter. Whisk until well blended and the butter is melted completely. Heat for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Add vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well blended.
Pour the mixture on top of the sifted sugar, then stir until well blended.
Line with plastic wrap an 8×8-inch baking pan.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Place it inside the fridge to chill for about at least 1 to 3 hours.
Slice the fudge into small servings.

Note:
You can add 1/4 tsp of kosher salt to balance the sweetness.
