INGREDIENTS :
2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
2 yellow onions, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
3 c water
29 oz tomato sauce
29 oz diced tomatoes
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp kosher salt
8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1: Place a large Dutch oven on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.
Step 2: Add in the ground beef, garlic, onions, and bell peppers. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes or until brown and crumbly.
Step 3: Discard some of the greases and toss in the rest of the ingredients except the elbow macaroni. Allow the mixture to boil.
Step 4: Cover and reduce the heat to low, then simmer for about 15 minutes.
Step 5: Add in the macaroni and stir until well mixed. Cook for 20 minutes more or until done.
Step 6: Serve and enjoy!
