Ingredients:
1 13.8-ounce can pizza dough
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
3 tablespoons butter, melted
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 cup parmesan, shredded
Directions:
Step 1: Ready the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).
Step 2: Unroll the pizza dough and cut it into 8 even strips. Stretch every strip nicely.
Step 3: Place Mozzarella cheese in the middle of each strip.
Step 4: Seal the sides of each dough by folding it forward around the cheese.
Step 5: Form “U” shapes out of the dough and twist like pretzels.
Step 6: Arrange the pretzels on a lined baking sheet.
Step 7: In a small mixing bowl, add the garlic, parsley, and melted butter.
Stir until well mixed. Pour the mixture on top of the pretzels.
Step 8: Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese over the pretzels.
Step 9: Bake inside the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until each pretzel is golden brown.
Step 10: Remove from the oven.
Step 11: Serve warm and enjoy!
