4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c creamy peanut butter
1/4 c butter melted
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Add cream cheese, egg, butter, and brownie mix into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended and thick.
Spoon the dough and drop each onto a cookie sheet. Make sure to leave a small space between each cookie. You can make up to 24 cookies.
Add peanut butter and powdered sugar into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
Make small balls about 1-inch out of the mixture. Set them aside.
Place the dough inside the preheated oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until just done.
Remove from the oven, then immediately press a peanut butter ball in the middle of each cookie.
Allow the cookies to cool completely at room temperature.
Meanwhile, add 4 oz. of chocolate into a heat-proof bowl.
Place it inside the microwave and heat for about 30 seconds until the chocolate has melted completely. Stir until smooth.
Top each peanut butter ball with 1/2 tbsp of the melted chocolate.
Let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
