Classic Creamy Pea Salad Recipe: A Summertime Favorite

Just like Grandma used to do.

Pea Salad is not something you’ll see at picnics or potlucks all that often. While potato and pasta salads are the most popular choices, it’s important to include pea salad. This classic dish is well-known. You might have eaten it at home with your grandmother or mom. But I believe it’s time for a revival. It’s creamy and sweet with hints of sharp red onions and cubed cheddar cheese. It has every flavor you can imagine and takes only ten minutes to prepare. Although it may seem a bit old-fashioned, it is still a great choice for today’s dinner. It’s not wrong to have a little nostalgia.
