Ingredients:
1 c mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c parmesan cheese
Directions:
Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Line with parchment paper a sheet pan.
In a mixing bowl, add all the cheeses and 1 tbsp of seasoning. Stir until well blended.
Spoon each mixture and arrange them onto the prepared sheet pan. Make sure to leave a small space between each chip.
Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake the chips for about 11 minutes or until done.
Remove the chips from the oven, then sprinkle the rest of the seasoning on top.
Allow them to cool for a few minutes at room temperature.
