Ingredients:

1/2 packet of ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tablespoons)

1 (12 ounces) bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce

hoagie rolls for serving

3-4 large chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb.)

2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

Apply cooking spray in a slow cooker.

Lay the chicken into the prepared slow cooker.

Add the buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning over the chicken. Stir everything until well blended.

Cover the slow cooker, then cook everything for 5 hours on a low setting or 3 hours on a high setting.

Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, then use two forks to shred them into small pieces.

Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter, then stir until well blended. Allow the butter to melt completely.

Serve right away and enjoy!

Note:

I always serve this with hoagie rolls, coleslaw, and blue cheese.
