1 tsp salt
1 lb. baby potatoes, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
lemon slices & chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

2 tbsp old bay seasoning
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
To Grill:
Prepare the grill and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
Place a large pot with 8 cups of water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Add the corn and potatoes, then cook for about 10 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain and transfer them into a mixing bowl.
In the bowl with the potatoes and corn, add the onion, sausages, garlic, and shrimp. Stir until well mixed.
Add the melted butter and stir until well blended.
Add the old bay seasoning, pepper, and salt. Stir until well blended.
Prepare four wraps of aluminium foil, then distribute the mixture between the foil. Wrap each and place them over the grill.
Cook for about 15 minutes. Make sure to turn them over to cook the other side. Don’t overcook as well.
Garnish each pack with freshly chopped parsley and lemon.
Serve and enjoy!
