This was by far the easiest pizza recipe I have ever tried! Oh, man, you need to give this one a try, I’m telling you! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. I am sure that you can do a lot with this very simple recipe. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 Cans of Biscuits the cheap plan ones will do
1 Jar of pizza sauce Bought or homemade – or you can use 2 small cans of tomato sauce with Italian seasoning
2 c Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese optional
Pizza toppings any that you like -we did pepperoni
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch pan.
Step 3: Slice each biscuit into four.
Step 4: Arrange the sliced biscuits onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
Step 5: Spread the pizza sauce on top of the biscuits.
Step 6: Sprinkle a generous amount of Mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Step 7: Top it with your preferred pizza toppings.
Step 8: Sprinkle more cheddar cheese on top.
Step 9: Place the pan inside the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes or until done.
Step 10: Remove from the oven and allow the pizza to sit at room temperature to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Step 11: Slice into even pieces.
