INGREDIENTS :
2 pounds ground beef (or your choice of ground meat)
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons dried Italian seasoning
2 c fresh spinach or kale, chopped finely
2 Eggs
1/4 c flour (I used all-purpose)
4 ounces Parmesan cheese, shredded (using the rind, if possible)
INSTRUCTIONS :
Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In the bowl of a stand mixer, add everything. Beat until well combined. You can also add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl, then use a wooden spoon to stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Form 10 meatballs out of the mixture and arrange them in a 9×9-inch or 9×13-inch baking dish.
Step 4: Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
Step 5: Broil the meatballs for 2 more minutes.
Step 6: Flip the meatballs and broil for 2 more minutes.
Step 7: Remove from the oven and allow them to cool at room temperature.
Step 8: Serve and enjoy!
