PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (SOFT BATCH)

These heavenly treats will surely light up your day! You need this in your life, I’m telling you! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! These will be the best cookies you will ever have! Ingredients:

2 1/2 c all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 c granulated sugar

1/2 c butter (1 stick), softened

1 c pure pumpkin (I use Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin)

1 large Egg

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 c mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 2: Apply cooking spray in a baking sheet.

Step 3: Add the flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder, and salt into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.

Step 4: In another mixing bowl, add the sugar and butter. Beat until well mixed.

Step 5: Add the egg, pumpkin, and vanilla. Beat until well combined and smooth.

Step 6: Transfer the flour mixture into the batter and beat until mixed.

Step 7: Add the chocolate chips and stir until just mixed.

Step 8: Spoon the batter and drop each onto the prepared baking sheet. Make sure to leave a space between each cookie dough.

Step 9: Place the baking sheet in the centre rack inside the preheated oven. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 10: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 11: Serve and enjoy!
