SPINACH SALAD WITH WARM BACON-MUSTARD DRESSING

I can’t think of any food right now, but this life-changing salad! I have never had a salad this good before. It is best to serve with steak. It tastes like one of those fancy salads in restaurants. I kid you not! Give it a try and taste for yourself. It may look a lot of work, but I promise you that it is very easy to make. You can also add grilled chicken on it, and you have yourself a meal to remember!

Ingredients:

1 (10 ounces) bag baby spinach leaves

4 large eggs hard-cooked eggs, peeled and sliced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

4-piece (blank)s strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

10 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded

½ cup toasted sliced almonds

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 large shallot, minced

1 teaspoon garlic, minced

⅓ cup white wine vinegar

⅓ cup Dijon mustard

⅓ cup honey

2-piece (blank)s strips crisply cooked bacon, crumbled

salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Step 1: In a large serving bowl, add in the spinach. Place the hard-boiled eggs, 4-strips of crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, almonds, and mushrooms on top.

Step 2: Place a small skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.

Step 3: Add in the olive oil and allow it to become hot.

Step 4: Add in the garlic and shallots. Cook for 2 minutes or until the garlic is aromatic, and shallots are translucent.

Step 5: Add in the Dijon mustard, honey, 2-strips of crumbled bacon, and vinegar. Whisk until well mixed and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 6: Pour in the dressing into the spinach and coat evenly.

Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
