OLD FASHIONED GOULASH!

Old but gold! This delicious goulash never fails to amaze me. I got this recipe a couple of years ago, and I’m still in love with it to this day! Try this recipe now, and I promise you that it is worth all your time and effort! Just follow these directions for they will guide you to perfection! Ingredients:

2 (15 oz) cans of tomato sauce

2 (15 oz) cans of diced tomatoes

2 1/2 c of water

2 pounds ground beef or turkey

1 large yellow onion, diced

1/2 c beef broth

2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked

1/3 c olive oil

3 teaspoons minced garlic

1/2 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese

3 bay leaves

1 c shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1 tablespoon seasoned salt

1/2 tablespoon black pepper

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

1 tablespoon Adobo Seasoning

Directions:

Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high.

Add the ground meat, then cook until crumbly and brown.

Add the garlic and onions, then sauté until aromatic and soft. Add olive oil if needed.

Add tomato sauce, broth, water, bay leaves, Italian seasoning, adobo seasoning, salt, pepper, and tomato slices. Stir until well blended.

Reduce the heat to low, then cover the skillet. Cook everything for about 20 minutes. Make sure to stir from time to time.

Add the elbow macaroni, then stir until well mixed.

Cover the skillet and cook the macaroni for about 30 minutes.

Discard the bay leaves, then add cheddar cheese. Stir until well blended. Make sure to melt it completely.

Add mozzarella cheese on top.

Serve hot and enjoy!
