Ingredients
▢1 cup (240 ml) whole milk or half and half, 240 ml
▢4 large eggs at room temperature
▢1 teaspoon kosher salt
▢¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
▢2 pie crusts 14 ounces in total, or shortcrust pastry (400 g in total) – or use my all butter pie crust recipe
