Jackie Kennedy’s Casserole Marie Blanche

This was Jackie O’s favorite dish at the White House

This simple, easy-to-make casserole was served by Jackie O during her time at the White House. One such occasion was on March 15, 1961, at a private dinner in honor of Prince Radziwill and Princess Radziwill. They were brother-in-laws and sisters to the First Lady. Jackie Kennedy was an exquisite woman, and if she loved this dish, then that’s all we need.
