Ingredients

FOR 2 BRIOCHES
FLOUR 5 2/3 cups
SUGAR 4 tbsp
MILK 1 4/5 cups
DRY YEAST 7 grams
SALT 1 tsp
OLIVE OIL 50 ml
MELTED BUTTER 60 grams
SUGAR to taste
RAISINS 100 grams
DRIED CRANBERRIES 150 grams
EGG WASH to taste

 

How to Make Raisin Cranberry Brioche?

Step 1: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the milk, yeast, and sugar.

Step 2: Add the flour, salt, olive oil, and butter, and knead until a smooth dough forms. Allow the dough to rise for 2 hours.
