1.5 lbs of beef strips, you can use thinly slice round steaks and sliced them into strips
(1) green bell pepper sliced thick
(1) red bell pepper sliced thick
(1/2) onion sliced thick
1 1/2 cups of beef stock
3 tbsp of soy sauce
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp brown sugar
In a slow cooker, place the beef, bell peppers, and onions.
Add the seasonings, brown sugar, and soy sauce over the beef and peppers.
Measure the supply of beef into a crockpot.
Stir to combine.
Cover and simmer for 5 hours or until the steak is cooked.
Serve over a bed of white rice.
