3 tbsp maple syrup

2 tsp vanilla extract

3 Eggs

2 (12 oz.) tubes cinnamon roll dough, each one cut in quarters

1/2 tsp nutmeg

1/2 c half-and-half or whipping cream

1/3 c chopped pecans, optional

1 tsp cinnamon

Apply cooking spray in a 6-quart crockpot.

Lay the cinnamon rolls to the bottom of the prepared pot.

In a bowl, add maple syrup, half and half, eggs, nutmeg, vanilla, and cinnamon. Beat until well blended.

Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon rolls and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle pecans over the egg mixture. Make sure to cover it well.

Add the icing over the pecans and spread it evenly.

Cover the pot and cook for 3 hours on a low setting or until the top turns golden brown.

Remove from the heat and the cover.

Add the rest of the icing over and spread it evenly.

Serve and enjoy!

I always use Pillsbury cinnamon rolls for this.
