CINNAMON ROLL CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE GLAZE

Ingredients:

3 c all-purpose flour

1/4 tsp salt

1 c of sugar

1 1/2 c milk

2 eggs

1 stick melted butter

TOPPING:

2 stick butter, room temperature

1 c brown sugar, firmly packed

2 tbsp flour

1 tbsp cinnamon

CREAM CHEESE GLAZE:

4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

1- 11/2 c powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla

4-6 tbsp milk (depending on how thick you like your glaze)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Apply baker’s joy in a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, flour, milk, salt, and sugar. Stir until well combined.

Add butter in batches and stir until well mixed.

Transfer the mixture into the greased pan and spread it evenly.

In another mixing bowl, add the flour, butter, cinnamon, and flour. Beat until well combined.

Spoon the mixture and drop each around the cake.

Use a butter knife to swirl around the cake.

Bake inside the preheated oven for half an hour or until done.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature completely.

To Make the Glaze:

In a mixing bowl, add powdered sugar, cream cheese, milk, and vanilla. Beat until well combined.

Pour the glaze over the cooled cake and spread it evenly.

Serve and enjoy!
