TOTAL TIME: 15 mins

1/2 pound cooked shrimp shells removed
1 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
salt & pepper to taste
1 large loaf ciabatta bread sliced in half like a large sandwich

1/4 cup fresh chives finely chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
1 cup of cheddar jack cheese freshly shredded

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F. Melt the butter on medium heat in a large skillet. Add the shrimp and the old bay seasoning.

Cook for just a few minutes until the vegetables are well coated with the seasoning. Let cool on the stove. Once the shrimp has cooled, cut into small pieces. Combine the mayo and garlic with the chives, garlic, and cheese in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to your liking

Spread the ciabatta bread. Bake for between 10-13 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. There are many ovens so make sure to check the cheese at 10 minutes. Slice into sticks. Serve warm
