BREAKFAST CASSEROLE – EASY & FLEXIBLE

Breakfast for champions! This amazing breakfast dish is what I always prepare and serve on weekends. My kids could not get enough of it. By the way, it is the best hangover food as well! Yeah, my best friend loves this dish in the morning after a night of partying. Well, I no longer do that but I feel for her because she is still single. Anyway, this dish is full-packed. It has all the ingredients that you wish a breakfast meal would have. Meaty, cheesy, and creamy! Oh, man, you need this to start up your day! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. By the way, you can use ham or bacon for this recipe. Enjoy!

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.

Step 9: Pour in the egg mixture into the pan and sprinkle cheese over the top.

Step 10: Bake inside the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until done.

Step 11: Remove from the oven and let it sit on a wire rack to cool at room temperature.

Step 12: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

For this recipe, you can use ham in exchange for bacon. Both taste incredible with this dish.
