Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 medium eggs
1/2 c almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
2 tablespoons chocolate chips optional
butter or oil for greasing pan
pinch of salt
Directions:
Step 1: Add the bananas into a medium mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash them completely.
Step 2: Add the almond flour, baking powder, eggs, and vanilla. Beat until well mixed. You can also add chocolate chips if you want.
Step 3: Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 4: Add butter and allow it to melt.
Step 5: Drop 1/4 cup of the mixture into the skillet and cook for 2 minutes on one side.
