French Dip Sandwiches are my weakness. These French Dip Biscuits are no exception. Warm cheese and roast beef sandwiches, dipped in au jus. YUM! These warm sandwiches are perfect for tailgating or as a quick lunch/dinner. They are easy to make and taste delicious! These were delicious! We enjoyed them for lunch last week. They will be back on the menu this weekend, for both the NFL and college football games. The biscuits can be served with chips or fries. Perfect!

Ingredients:
1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuits (8-count)
1 lb thinly sliced deli roast beef
2 Tbsp creamy horseradish sauce or to taste
8 slices provolone cheese
1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus Gravy mix
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 400oF. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
Divide each biscuit into 2 layers. Each layer should be coated with horseradish sauce. Layer half the biscuits with a roast beef slice and provolone cheese. Add the meat and cheese to the remaining biscuit layers. Seal by pinching the edges. Place the meat and cheese on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown
While the biscuits bake, make Au Jus Gravy according to the package instructions.
