Rice Krispie treats are a popular treat because they are easy to make, delicious, and a crowd pleaser. These are a great option for anyone who is looking for something different or if they love all things sweet and salty. Why? They’re exactly the same idea (and just as simple to make), but instead of being made from cereal, they are made with potato chips!

INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoons butter
5 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 cups ruffled potato chips, crushed (about 1 8 oz bag)
PREPARATION
In a large pot over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and crushed chips until completely coated.
Transfer to a greased 9×9 baking dish. Using greased fingers, press to flatten.
Let sit until cool, then cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
