POTATOES AND GREEN BEANS

Ingredients:

½ tablespoon oregano

½ tablespoon taco seasoning

1 ½ tablespoon olive oil

1 ½ pound potatoes

½ teaspoon salt

⅓ teaspoon pepper

For Green Beans

½ tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon salt

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 pound of green beans

Directions:

Slice the peeled potatoes into small cuts. Add them into a large bowl.

Add taco seasoning, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano over the potatoes. Toss everything until the potatoes are well coated.

Place the potatoes onto a large baking sheet and spread them evenly.

Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.

In the same bowl where you put the potatoes, add the green beans, salt, garlic, olive oil, and garlic. Toss until well mixed.

Add the green beans onto the baking sheet with the potatoes. Stir until well mixed.

Put it back inside the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.

Remove from the oven and allow potatoes and green beans to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.

Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then place them inside the fridge. They can last up to 3 to 5 days.

Reheat in the oven to 350 degrees F for a few minutes.
