Ingredients:

3 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 1/2 tablespoons powdered sugar

1 (8 oz) tube of crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

2/3 cup fresh blueberries

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.

Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, add the powdered sugar, cream cheese, and sugar. Beat using a stand mixer or hand mixer until well combined.

Step 3: Divide the canned crescent rolls into 8 even triangles.

Step 4: Place 1 triangle dough on a flat surface. Make sure that the long triangle is facing the opposite direction.

Step 5: Spoon 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the bottom of the dough and top it with 2 rows of blueberries.

Step 6: Roll the dough up to the tip and begin with the end that is close to you.

Step 7: Place the rolled dough into a prepared baking sheet.

Step 8: Repeat this process to the rest of the rolls and ingredients.

Step 9: Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 to 13 minutes or until the colour of the rolls turn golden brown.

Step 10: Remove from the oven and let the rolls sit at room temperature to cool for at least 5 minutes.

Step 11: Serve warm and enjoy!
