Prep time: 50 minutes
Servings: 10 servings
What you need
1.2 pounds strawberries, rinsed and patted dry
2.1 box honey graham crackers
3.20 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
4.1 can of sweetened condensed milk
5.2 packages instant cheesecake flavored pudding
6.3 cups heavy cream milk
7.1 carton Cool Whip, divided
How to Prepare
Step 1: Wash the strawberries in water and then slice them to about ¼ inch thick, and then set aside.
Step 2: Line the bottom of a 13×9 inch baking dish with some graham crackers and then set aside
Step 3: Mix the cream cheese and condensed milk in a large bowl and beat it until it becomes smooth. Add cheesecake flavored pudding and continue mixing for about 5 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken. Then add 2 cups of cool whip and mix until its smooth.
Step 4: Pour half of the cream cheese mixture (step 3) over the graham crackers in the baking dish. Arrange a single layer of sliced strawberries over the cream cheese covered crackers, top the strawberries with another layer of graham crackers, cover with the remaining cream cheese mixture, and then top with the other layer of strawberry slices. (so you have two stacked layers of strawberries on cream cheese on graham crackers).
Step 5: Cover the mixture and then refrigerate for 8 hours. Take out and serve when needed. Yummy!
