Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
3 tbsp butter, melted
⅔ c brown sugar
½ c chopped walnuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp water, or as needed
⅓ c heavy whipping cream
⅔ c sifted confectioners’ sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 dash vanilla extract
Directions:
Step 1: Brush with butter two round cake pans.
Step 2: Roll into a 6×8-inch rectangle the bread dough.
Step 3: Brush the dough with melted butter.
Step 4: In a small mixing bowl, add the walnuts, cinnamon, and brown sugar. Whisk until well mixed.
Step 5: Sprinkle the mixture on top of the dough, then roll the dough in. Use water to seal the edges.
Step 6: Slice into even 20 rolls.
Step 7: Transfer the rolls into the greased pans.
Step 8: Cover the rolls with a damp towel and allow them to rise for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 9: Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
Step 10: Spread the heavy cream on top of the rolls.
Step 11: Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 12: In a small mixing bowl, add the milk, vanilla extract, and confectioners’ sugar. Stir until well blended.
Step 13: Drizzle the mixture over the rolls.
Step 14: Serve and enjoy!
